5. Applicants are prohibited from registering if their property is taken over, frozen, or bankrupt, or during the period of relevant administrative penalties within the administrative area of Sichuan Province.

Four、Service content and quotation

(1) List of home services (including but not limited to):

1. In strict accordance with the requirements of the purchaser, review the design qualification, construction qualification, booth structure, materials, safe electricity and other items of the special booth engineering design and construction plan and drawings, and propose modifications to the unqualified drawings and supervise the rectification.

2. Before entering the venue, it is necessary to pay a guarantee deposit to the venue and sign the "Exhibition Home Safety Responsibility Letter", assume relevant management responsibilities and obligations, organize special personnel to carry out on-site construction and fire safety inspections, clean management during the exhibition arrangement, development and dismantling of the exhibition, be responsible for the supervision and management of the booth construction at the exhibition site, and take measures such as immediate shutdown, rectification within a time limit, deduction of deposit, and inclusion in the construction prohibition list for the booths and personnel who do not meet the construction management regulations. After the exhibition, all the entry contractors will be evaluated and the evaluation report will be provided to the organizing committee.

3. According to the characteristics of the exhibition, compile the "Exhibitor Manual" of the exhibition, and formulate the relevant management regulations and charging standards for the main work. A list of charges for the service items provided by the main stadium before the special equipment enters the venue.

4. According to the characteristics of the exhibition, formulate the main service management plan (including team staffing, service process, plan, etc.), construction management plan (the plan must reflect the specific management measures of construction progress control, overtime work arrangements and safeguard measures, construction responsible person and construction schedule, material supply guarantee measures, construction quality assurance measures), withdrawal and replacement exhibition implementation plan (if any), leasing service plan, etc., and implement them.

5. Responsible for handling the entry procedures and overtime application for the contractor of the special booth, and collecting the construction management fee, overtime pay, cleaning deposit and other related construction fees of the special construction contractor.

6. Responsible for the acceptance of the facilities and equipment of the exhibition hall, and cooperate with the venue to complete the booth marking.

7. Provide rental services and coordination of exhibition equipment, home appliances, electrical appliances and lighting facilities for the exhibition, and provide leasing solutions.

8. The exhibition site is responsible for construction consulting, on-site leasing, water, electricity, network cable, telephone and other connection procedures for the exhibition, overtime procedures and other services.

9. During the exhibition, a safety inspection team will be set up to supervise and inspect the fire safety of the exhibition, eliminate potential safety hazards, and assist the organizing committee to clean up the tour merchants and exhibition insects.

10. During the exhibition, the exhibition inquiry service will be provided at the on-site consultation desk; Assist the organizing committee in handling various emergency matters.

11. Conduct on-site measurements according to the CAD drawings provided by the exhibition hall, and review the accuracy of the CAD drawings (including trenches, water points, electrical boxes, fire protection and other related points). After the planning of the exhibition area is completed, review and confirm whether the booth construction can be implemented.

12. Purchase insurance of not less than 700,000 yuan per person for on-site service and construction personnel.

13. Responsible for the organization, coordination and implementation of mechanical dismantling.

14. Assist in completing other service work assigned by the purchaser.

(B) the list of garbage disposal services

In accordance with the "Chengdu Exhibition Garbage Collection, Transportation and Disposal Management Measures".(Trial)", the centralized disposal and management of the construction waste generated by the exhibition shall be entrusted to the garbage collection, transportation and disposal unit with relevant qualifications for unified cleaning and standardized treatment. It shall not be mixed with the domestic garbage of the exhibition, and shall not be dumped without authorization.

1. Centralized disposal refers to the collection of exhibition construction garbage generated in the stage of exhibition activities and dismantling by the exhibition organizer or the operation and management unit of the exhibition venue, and entrusts the garbage collection, transportation and disposal unit with relevant qualifications to clean and transport and standardize the disposal. It shall not be mixed with the domestic garbage of the exhibition, and shall not be dumped without authorization.

2. In the stage of exhibition activities and disassembly, formulate the management system, workflow and supervision measures for the centralized disposal of garbage in the exhibition activities, and submit them to the exhibition venue within 10 working days before the start of the exhibition activities.

3. Establish a garbage management ledger for exhibition activities, and record the type, quantity, and destination of the garbage actually generated within the scope of exhibition activities.

4. You can entrust a unit with environmental sanitation qualifications to be responsible for the classified collection, transportation and treatment of garbage in the exhibition.

5. Carry out the publicity of the centralized disposal of garbage in the exhibition, use the exhibition publicity materials, exhibition manuals, APP applets and other channels to publish public welfare advertisements, and carry out the publicity of common sense of domestic waste classification and the publicity and promotion of the centralized disposal of garbage in the exhibition.

6. You can dismantle the exhibition by yourself or entrust a unit with professional qualifications to enter the exhibition and dismantle the exhibition.

7. Strictly implement the requirements for the centralized disposal of garbage in exhibition construction, and in the stage of exhibition arrangement and dismantling, except for profiles, trusses, TRUSS racks, LED screens and other reusable exhibition furniture, materials and exhibitors' secondary use, it is not allowed to dispose of exhibition construction garbage without authorization.

8. In the stage of exhibition activities and dismantling, obey the on-site supervision and management of the centralized disposal of exhibition construction waste by relevant units.

9. The exhibition activity construction service unit shall complete the production of the booth structure in advance in the factory, and in addition to the structural assembly and external decoration, it is forbidden to carry out painting, chainsaw, grinding, welding, roller coating and other primary processing construction operations in the exhibition hall area, and adopt green and environmentally friendly construction methods to reduce dust and harmful gas and irritating gas emissions.

6. Qualification review
