Sichuan Agricultural Expo (hereinafter referred to as“SichuanAgricultural FairFounded in 2013, it has been successfully hosted by the Sichuan Provincial Government for 9 consecutive sessions, with a total exhibition area of more than 600,000 square meters, attracting more than 15,000 enterprises from more than 50 countries (regions) abroad and 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country to participate in the exhibition, and has become an important platform for agricultural opening and cooperation, agricultural investment promotion and agricultural product trading in western China。

The 10th Sichuan Agricultural Fair will be held from September 20 to 23, 2024 at the Chengdu Century City Convention and Exhibition CenterIt is held in order to enable more social forces and market players to participate in the Agricultural Expo, and to promote companies or products with the help of the Agricultural Expo platform. Now open to the public to solicit all kinds of partners.

1. Scope of solicitation and registration time

The first category: booth recruitment agency, advertising investment agency, event planning organization, etc., the registration deadline isJuly 20, 2024;

The second category: branch venues, exhibition sponsors, designated supplies cooperation, etc., the registration deadline isSeptember 15, 2024.

2. Intention to register

1. Have independent legal personality;

2. Have a good business reputation and good financial situation;

3. No record of violations of laws and regulations in the past three years;

4. Consortium applications are not accepted;

5. Applicants are prohibited from registering if their property is taken over, frozen, or bankrupt, or during the period of relevant administrative penalties within the administrative area of Sichuan Province.

3. Submission of materials

The application materials include the registration form, the business license of the enterprise or the registration certificate of the legal person of the social group, the introduction of the unit, and the relevant instructions for the registration conditions. 4. Qualification review

In accordance with the registration conditions and application materials, multi-channel understanding, strict qualification review, and determination of the corresponding cooperative institutions shortlisted for the Agricultural Expo.

5. Determine the cooperative unit

Sichuan International Convention & Exhibition Co., Ltd. will conduct an internal assessment of the materials submitted by the applicant and negotiate with the applicant in detail, and finally determine the cooperation unit.
